Sunday Worship at St Mary’s
8.00am – Holy Communion
10.00am – Sunday Club for children aged 3-11 in the parish centre
10.00am – Sung Eucharist with crèche facilities followed by tea, coffee and biscuits in the Parish Centre
10.00am service Creche facilities (winner of the North East Family Friendly Organisation award)

Midweek Services
Tuesday – 7:30pm – Holy Communion
Wednesday – 9:30am – Holy Communion

Holy Communion is also celebrated at all Festivals and regularly in the local Community Centres and Aged Persons homes.
If you are sick or housebound or unable to attend church for any reason, we are very pleased to bring Communion to your home – do get in touch with one of the ministerial team.
The Church is open Monday to Friday for private prayer. A Priest is usually present at 7.45am and 4.30pm (3.45pm Friday) for advice and spiritual counselling.

Occasional Services
Baptisms – Arrangements can be made by contacting the Rector, Nicholas Plant.
Banns and Marriages – Arrangements can be made by contacting the Rector, Nicholas Plant.
Family Services – These are held several times a year either as part of the usual Sunday morning service, or separately in the Parish Centre at 10.00am. They are aimed at children, families and those who want a less formal celebration. Details can be found in the newsletter or on the notice board.
Memorial Services – The bereaved of those taken by the ministerial team are invited to a Memorial Service which is held in St Mary’s every three months on a Sunday at 4pm, to remember those whose funerals have recently occurred.
Play & Pray  The short services are held in Church usually once a fortnight on a Thursday starting at 1.25pm, for fun and fellowship. Further details from the Rector.
